Attorney Eliana Emery serves as the Managing Attorney at Heritage Law Partners, bringing a depth of experience and a compassionate approach to her role. As a dedicated member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and the Academy of Special Needs Planners (ASNP), Eliana remains at the cutting edge of her field. She is also an active participant in the Estate Planning and Probate Administration Law and Elder Committees of the Missouri Bar Association.

Her strong academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Washington, followed by both a Juris Doctorate and Master of Laws from Washington University School of Law. During her time there, Eliana won multiple awards, including the Wiley Rutledge Moot Court Championship and a CALI award. She also earned the prestigious Best Speaker award in a national moot court tournament, demonstrating her exceptional advocacy skills.

Prior to leading Heritage Law Partners, Eliana refined her expertise in private practice, focusing on sensitive family matters including estate planning, special needs planning, family litigation, mediation, and guardianships. Her proficiency as a certified civil and family mediator enhances her ability to navigate complex family dynamics in estate planning. Eliana's diverse legal background also includes roles as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Missouri and as in-house counsel.

Beyond her professional life, Eliana is a wife to Brian and mother of three teenagers. She volunteers as a high school mock trial coach. In her spare time, she indulges her love for cooking, playing chess and K-Dramas.

Known for both her legal acumen and warmth, Eliana is dedicated to guiding families through the intricacies of estate planning, elder law, and special needs planning, ensuring their legacies are protected and their loved ones are cared for long into the future.

Jimmy Fendelman brings over 30 years of probate, business law and litigation experience to Heritage Law Partners, having successfully handled hundreds of trials and thousands of lawsuits throughout his career.

Beyond his professional achievements, Jimmy is deeply involved in the local community, serving on multiple boards and previously acting as president of a local private high school. He is a devoted husband to his wife, Elana, and a loving father to their five children. Jimmy's free time is spent enjoying endless entertainment, surprises, and satisfaction from his family, bringing the same enthusiasm to his personal life that he does to his legal practice.
